So I say, the time is now! And keep it up!! Three times a week is very doable. You should do every day for 15 minutes. Who doesn't have 15 minutes to spare in the morning?! And if I can run for 3 hours outside in 10F you can run for 15 minutes in Fairbanks :) Haha It's all in how you dress for it--well mostly. Sometimes it's just cold! I'm glad I can inspire you! :) And I will return the email in due time! Thank you for finally replying! :) Love you!Amberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05597173743767414015noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-605203204221253875.post-48584999647466315122013-12-16T04:25:33.255-08:002013-12-16T04:25:33.255-08:00That's great, Carole! But I never regretted going after I did. It's a great sense of accomplishment! And going an extra 10 seconds is a great way to push yourself just a little bit more! I would do the same thing as I was finishing a run- just go a little further. Keep it up and keep me posted on your C 2 5K!Amberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05597173743767414015noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-605203204221253875.post-61295768967861898202013-12-15T07:46:02.600-08:002013-12-15T07:46:02.600-08:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Steve Finnellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12863026367048527526noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-605203204221253875.post-44276234012152134552013-12-14T20:18:52.039-08:002013-12-14T20:18:52.039-08:00I've been wanting to get into running for a lo...I've been wanting to get into running for a long time. Kinda hard to do in in the winter... well that's what I thought until you moved to Siberia and proved me wrong. Though I still have to mine inside. Since I've been home (less than a week), I've already gone and walked twice! I am pretty pleased with myself. haha I hope to keep it up and work up to 3x a week plus work up to more running than walking. You're an wonderful inspiration! Way to go, Amber!! btw, I sent you an email.... so now it's your turn. lolBarrie G.https://www.blogger.com/profile/04636974520819827414noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-605203204221253875.post-20265291955817359422013-12-14T09:47:18.046-08:002013-12-14T09:47:18.046-08:00This was just what I needed to read today! I'm...This was just what I needed to read today! I'm trying to stick to a five day a week plan of walking/running. I start with a five minute warm up walk and then walk and run the rest of the time. I'm doing C25K (sort of) on a treadmill so I watch the time and have been forcing myself to go ten seconds longer than I think I can. :-) You're right, it is addicting! I love it!Chris and Carolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11663048880676198145noreply@blogger.com
